DELIVERY

If your order is fully in stock it will be dispatched by courier or recorded first class delivery and the goods will be with you within 5 working days. This is a maximum delivery time and where possible goods will be with you sooner rather than later. OUT OF STOCK

Stock will be checked at the time your order is received. If there are any goods not in stock we will contact you to inform you of a revised delivery time scale as soon as possible.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS

Standard UK postage is charged at £3.95, but if your order is over £40 then delivery is free.
Northern Ireland incurs additional delivery costs. Please contact us for further information.

RETURNS

If your goods arrive and you are unhappy for any reason you can return the order within 7 days of purchase. If you simply don't like the item the goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging for a full refund, however we won't be able to refund your postage if this is the case.

FAULTY GOODS

If you receive an order which is damaged or faulty please contact us and explain the problem by phone or email on 01603 621076 or contact@elmhillcraftshop.co.uk. We will explain our returns procedure to you at this time.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Please be assured that we work very hard to make sure our images are a true representation of our stock. We also describe them as accurately as possible, however items may occasionally vary in size, colour or design.
